Not too long ago, I read a remark about style that resonated with me. The gentleman said, "style is a boring thing done interesting." When it comes to men's style, what's more boring than a t-shirt and jeans, right? These two wardrobe staples also are the last thing that generally comes to mind when we think of tailored menswear, but I'm finding that its an easy fix. Contrary to expectation, tailored menswear is quite versatile. Nothing dresses denim up quicker than throwing on a jacket. What I liked about this idea was the fact it isn't too serious and works equally as well for an afternoon of hanging with the wife as it does grabbing drinks with my boys in the evening.
