So there is this human tendency that typically drives to want to take care of nice things when we get them. Sometimes to the point of using them minimally...or not at all. I'm a big advocate of wearing your clothes versus letting them hang in your closet. Generally. Kinda. I tend to check the weather when planning for the next day, which often alters my choice of attire. Certain things I just don't want to wear if I know its going to snow or rain that day, especially if I'm doing any running around.
That's how this outfit came about. I like to keep an eye out for fairly inexpensive pieces that I can put together on days like that without a second thought while still looking fairly decent. Overthinking? Maybe. Probably. Definitely. However, for a Friday at the office it gives me a chance to switch things up a bit as well. Hence the (p)leather jacket instead of the suit jacket.
