So we're in that transitional time of year where it's not exactly cold but it's not quite warm either. Along with fall, it's probably one of my favorite times gear-wise. With spring coming, I get an opportunity to blend fabrics like the cotton pocket square I would ordinarily reserve for summer with a light-weight flannel suit like this. During my trip to Florence for Pitti Uomo 89, I came across a store I wasn't familiar with called Gutteridge while looking for an inexpensive scarf to battle the chill. They carry a selection of off the rack suits and I decided to give one a shot for the purpose of comparing the off the rack "house brands" to this. Well, to keep it simple after wearing this one a couple of time, if I had to go off the rack, I'd rather be doing it in Italy. The fact that this is only quarter lined makes it perfect for this time of year.
