Ahead of the weekend, I thought I'd share one of my favorite jackets which hasn't gotten as much wear as I would have liked this summer. Probably one of the bolder pieces in my wardrobe, I snagged this cotton jacket when Banana Republic was clearing out its Mad Men collection with no regrets. Needless to say, because the jacket stands out so much, I kept everything around it fairly straightforward. Except for the silk pocket square with the bandana print which I pretty much just stuffed in my pocket. Because bandana print.
Aaaaaaaand, while you're here, just in case you missed it on the home page, ya know....I started this blog as a hobby and have continued to push ahead despite wanting to shut it down because of life's other demands. I was humbled to learn a couple of days ago, that its been nominated in six different categories in the St. Louis Fashion Week Blog Awards.
