A little bit of history first, shall we? Also known as "The Fastest Two Minutes in Sports", the Kentucky Derby is a Grade I race (owners pay to enter with the fees making up the purse or prize money) for three-year old Thoroughbreds that is held every year in Louisville, Kentucky on the first Saturday in May. It's the first of the three races that make up the U.S Triple Crown, with the other two being the Preakness Stakes and the Belmont Stakes and it has been run consecutively since 1875. A horse has to win all three races to win the U.S Triple Crown. The Derby also is one of the biggest social affairs of the year with people from all over the country descending on Louisville in their finest. I figured it was as good as time as any to pull out my hats.

I like the Simplicity of your outfit, I think it was was very well played! So often Men tend to go overboard when dressing for the derby, but your color pallet and hat combination, were subtle, but detailed extremely well...10 out of 10 Sir!
